ARENH 2021 Capping

The Commission de Régulation de l’Energie has today made public the volume of ARENH requested by alternative suppliers for the year 2021.

This volume amounts to 146.2 TWh, the legislative ceiling being set at 100 TWh.

Consequently, the capping rate, defined as the volume of ARENH not obtained due to an overrun of the ceiling, is 31.61 %.

For 2020, the volume of ARENH requested was 147.0 TWh. The capping rate was thus set at 32.0%.
