Result of the final 2020 capacity auction
The final capacity auction organised by EPEX in 2019 for the year 2020 took place on Thursday 12 December. The price of the capacity reached 16,584 €/MW compared to 17,780 €/MW at the previous auction on 17 October, bringing the average auction price to 19,458 €/MW for the year 2020.
As a reminder, the average price of the capacity auctions was 17,365 €/MW for 2019.
