Result of the second 2021 capacity auction
The second capacity auction organised by EPEX in 2020 for the year 2021 took place on Thursday 23rd April. The price of the capacity reached 19,499 €/MW, which brings the average 2021 auction price to 19,360 €/MW.
As a reminder, the average price of the capacity auctions was 19,458 €/MW for 2020.
The first capacity auction for the year 2022 also took place on Thursday 23rd April, the price was 16,642€/MW.
