We support the French subsidiary of a major European building materials group in defining and implementing its electricity and natural gas purchasing strategy.
We assist the Group’s Energy Committee, in which the Finance Department, the Purchasing Department and the Business Units participate, in defining the Group’s purchasing and risk management strategy.
We assist the purchasing teams during the calls for tenders for the selection of electricity and natural gas suppliers, from the drafting of the specifications to the contractualisation. We advise the group in energy price fixing transactions.
