Training
We have designed and implemented a training programme to enable a senior manager of the group to take on the responsibility of leading the energy category for the whole of Europe.
The training covered both the practical functioning of the markets in which the group operates and specific topics such as price volatility risk management or PPPs.
We continued our role as coach several months after the Energy Manager for Europe took office.
