Leveraging on its proprietary digital solutions, Eleneo supported the client in monitoring energy consumption and costs across its 2,500 sites, focusing on two key pillars: data consistency, and multi country regulatory expertise.
- Site-level budget reporting
Two monthly reports were implemented, combining consumption data with financial information. This allowed individualized monitoring of each site, with granularity tailored to local challenges and regulatory requirements. Additional analysis elements, such as weather forecasts, demand management actions, and cost reduction plans, were integrated to enrich insights. - Integration of PPAs into monitoring tools
Automatic retrieval of production and consumption data related to Power Purchase Agreements was set up. These flows were valorised and incorporated into the budget control tools, providing a consolidated view of PPA impacts on the group’s overall energy budget. - Data quality and reliability
Thanks to Eleneo’s proprietary tools, all stages of data collection were internalised, ensuring:
- A data reliability rate exceeding 95%
- Rapid and coherent data availability, directly usable by the client’s operational teams
